Payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") as Merchant of Record. OFFICE SHEET is the Supplier of ReelControl.
2. Refund policy
Refunds for this product are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms and Conditions and the Paddle Refund Policy (https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy). Mandatory consumer rights under local law always apply where they provide greater protection.
3. How to request a refund
To withdraw or request a refund, contact Paddle directly: (1) use "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" in your order confirmation email, (2) visit https://paddle.net and choose "Request refund", or (3) use the support link on your receipt. OFFICE SHEET does not approve or process refunds.
4. Consumer right to cancel
Where applicable law grants a statutory withdrawal period (for example, 14 days in the EU/EEA/UK for eligible digital purchases), submit your refund request to Paddle within that period. Other regions may have different periods (e.g. 7 days in Korea, Brazil, China, or Canada; 5 days in Singapore). See the Paddle Refund Policy for details.

For license keys or product usage questions, contact rivolt2022@gmail.com first. If a material technical defect cannot be resolved, you may escalate to Paddle support under section 4 of the Paddle Refund Policy.
6. Payment disputes
Please contact Paddle before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. Paddle Refund Policy section 6 applies.
